About Matsutake Premiären
Matsutake Premiären is a place-bound gastronomic gathering in Klövsjö, Jämtland, centred on the matsutake growing in the surrounding old pine forests.
Ingredient: goliatmusseron / matsutake, Tricholoma matsutake.
Format: once a year, during the brief matsutake season. There is no open booking.
First chapter: Matsutake Premiären was first held on 5 September 2026.
Initiative: Anders Bromée, together with Helena Bredesen at Bryggarstugan and Klövsjö Gårdsbryggeri.
